Right Trajectory was founded in 2017 by Brad Nelson, Steve Lenz and Carl Martin. Each partner brings deep experience and a strong passion for staking out new territory, establishing strong relationships and achieving ambitious goals.
Brad and Steve focus on the sales side of the business. With 40+ collective years building out sales teams, opening new territories, and generating incremental revenue for Fortune 500 brands such as Oracle, SAS, IBM and numerous startups, they are fiercely driven to helping expanding companies enter new markets, build strong local networks, and quickly acquire market share.
Carl’s focus is on operations, logistics and distribution. Throughout an impressive 20 year career, primarily in the chemical industry, Carl’s expertise in supply chain optimization, logistics, and navigating global and local laws and regulations provides an incredible value to businesses expanding beyond their home base.
Right Trajectory also provides marketing and database support to customers. Competitive research, GTM planning, lead generation, database management, retention and loyalty are all areas of expertise.

Brad Nelson
Chief Revenue Officer
Brad has 18+ years of technology sales experience with Fortune 500 companies including lBM, ORACLE and SAS, where he held both sales and management roles.
Brad began his career at IBM in 1999 in software development sales. In 2007 he joined SAS where he developed and executed results-focused sales strategies and programs for the healthcare technology business in the northwest. His efforts garnered significant year over year annual revenue growth. In 2015 Brad joined Oracle’s Big Data sales division, a start-up within a very large enterprise software company making the transition to the cloud. Started with seed sales organization of 22 resources which grew to 70+ resources in sales, sales consulting and business development within 2 years. He strongly believes that a highly effective sales organization drives consistent, global revenue growth by demonstrating value to its customers. Brad holds a degree in history from Denison University.
Stephanie Montgomery
Director of Marketing
Stephanie is a strategic marketing leader with a drive for results, vision for tackling complex business problems, and success capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Experience managing teams at both early-stage start-ups with scrappy resources as well as top global brands with multi-million dollar budgets and high-pressure sales targets. Passionate about data-driven integrated marketing programs anchored in an empathy for the customer and brand promise.
